Welcome to 412, a ministry of the Church of the Nazarene. The mission of 412 Ministries is “to equip His people for service” as is stated in Ephesians 4:12-13, “to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” On these pages we will describe the work and goals of this ministry.
We pursue this objective in two related ways. We work directly with local congregations to accomplish their mission and in doing so we are training our workers to be servant leaders.
